Symeon Kassianides Chief Executive Officer Dr. Symeon Kassianides·is the founder, CEO and Chairman of Hyperion responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, growth and financial control of the company. With a PhD and DIC in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, London (UK) and a BSc from MIT (USA), Dr. Kassianides has extensive experience in project execution and management in the process and manufacturing industries. Additionally, he presently serves as a Director on the Board of a number of companies and organizations including the Employers and Industrialists Federation of Cyprus and the University of Cyprus. |

David Mushin Deputy Chief Executive Officer Mr. David Mushin has been involved with Hyperion’s leadership since the very beginning as a member of the company’s first Board of Directors. Until early 2001, he had served as Exec.VP in Aspen Technology Inc., with responsibilities that included the Supply Chain business, which he grew over a 2-year period to $100 million USD per year in revenues. He then served as CEO for a FTSE software company in 2001/2002 and returned in 2003 with the acquisition of Broner Metals Solutions, as Chairman and CEO of the new subsidiary. Mr. Mushin has also extensive smaller enterprise software company experience and has served on the Boards of several VC backed software businesses. In 2010 he became Deputy CEO of Hyperion. |

Maria Sivakka-Petrides Chief Financial Officer Mrs. Maria Sivakka Petrides is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) in the UK, who since joining Hyperion in March 1999, has been working closely with Hyperion's Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors on the company's business planning, forecasting, financial reporting, etc. Over the years she has strongly contributed to the company’s on-going expansion plan for setting up subsidiaries as well as growth through company acquisitions. Prior to her employment with Hyperion, she worked for 8 years for the international audit department of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Cyprus. |

Stavros Spanos Executive Vice President, Marketing & Partnerships Mr. Stavros Spanos is a Mechanical Engineer from National Technical University of Athens (Greece), and holds an MBA in IT Management from Cass Business School in London (UK). Following 7 years in consumer goods and electronics retailing, he joined Hyperion in January 2001. Since then he led a number of growth related initiatives including the setup of the company's MES group, the establishment of Hyperion's Middle East subsidiary in Bahrain and the expansion of the company's activities in Russia and the CIS region for which he was based in Moscow from 2003 until 2008. Since 2009 he is based at the Hyperion head offices in Cyprus and responsible for the international marketing strategy and partner relationships of the company. |

Dean Jones Executive Vice President, Global Sales Mr. Dean Jones holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and is a Chartered Chemical Engineer with over 25 years experience in simulation and modeling related business areas covering engineering, product management, project management, business development and sales.· Much of his experience is related to dynamic simulation and Operator Training Simulator (OTS) projects on an international scale. He started his career in process engineering in 1980 with ABB Lummus and has also worked for ABB Simcon and Aspen Technology where he was responsible for managing and developing their simulation solutions businesses. He joined Hyperion in 2004 and he has been responsible for the growth, development and leadership of the company’s international simulation solutions business until 2010 when he took responsibility for global sales management. |

Andreas Koulinos Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning Mr. Andreas Koulinos holds a BEcon (Accounting) degree from Macquarie University, Sydney (Australia). He has extensive international experience in information technology in various executive and consulting positions, as well as in the private equity investment area. He has worked with Ernst & Young (Australia) and PwC (Cyprus) before he became IT Director for NKS Shacolas (the largest Cypriot retail and distribution group) and IT Director for Pepsi Cola International (Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe). His most recent position was GM, Executive Director of CLR Investment Fund Public Ltd., where he managed the implementation of information systems and technology in areas such as finance, services, retail, distribution, logistics and electronic commerce. He was also responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, system evaluation and selection, evaluating technology investment opportunities. He served on the Board of Directors in various private companies until he joined Hyperion in 2010. |

Maria Sergiou Vice President, Human Resources Ms. Maria Sergiou is a Chartered Member of CIPD (MCIPD), with a BSc Degree in Accounting and an MSc Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. Ms. Sergiou joined Hyperion in September 2000 and she currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services. In this role she is responsible for leading, designing and implementing the delivery of human resources services and practices in the group and for managing the overall activities of Apola Human Solutions (a subsidiary company of Hyperion Systems Engineering focusing on Recruitment solutions). Prior to joining Hyperion, Maria worked with one of the leading consulting companies in Cyprus where she was responsible for various training, recruitment and consulting projects with large private institutions. |
