Hyperion Power selected to be Owner’s Engineers for new Power Plant by Seminole Electric
(Jun 2019) Hyperion Power Services is proud to be selected by Seminole Electric (www.seminole-electric.com), as Owner’s Engineers in a new Combined Cycle power plant construction project at Palatka, Florida. The new plant will use natural gas for fuel and will replace an existing coal fired plant which will be decommissioned.
Throughout the last years, Hyperion Power has been a trusted services partner for Seminole and we are excited for this new important engagement.
Seminole Electric is one of the largest US generation and transmission (G&T) cooperatives, providing reliable, competitively-priced, electric power to 1.8 million people and businesses throughout Florida through its nine Member distribution electric cooperatives.
