Description

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated HR Professional to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Oversee HR administration tasks including employee records, compliance, and contract management.

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.

  • Support our diverse multinational team, ensuring the best employee experience.

  • Collaborate effectively with all levels of management to optimize workforce planning and organizational development.

  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development initiatives.

  • Handle employee relations and resolve HR issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources with proven experience in recruitment and HR administration.

  • Excellent command of both Greek and English languages.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
